Payment methods and charges

We accept PayPal and the credit cards displayed at checkout. Other methods, if available for your order, will be shown before payment. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Unless stated otherwise, prices and checkout charges are in U.S. dollars. The checkout displays the merchandise price, applicable shipping, taxes collected by us, discounts, and total before you submit payment. Your bank or payment provider may separately charge conversion or cross-border transaction fees under its own terms.

Discount eligibility and any restrictions are disclosed with the offer. We do not add optional paid items or services to your order without your affirmative selection.

Order confirmation and fulfillment

After checkout, review your order confirmation and contact us promptly about any errors. We may contact you if reasonably necessary to resolve payment, address, stock, or fraud-prevention issues. We will not ask for your password or full card security details by email.

If we cannot fulfill an order because an item is unavailable or there is a genuine listing error, we will explain the issue and offer a corrected option for your approval or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not increase a confirmed price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Cancellation requests

Email Serve@kayoomall.shop as soon as possible with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel before dispatch. Cancellation is generally unavailable once an order has shipped; eligible goods can then be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved cancellations of unshipped orders receive a full refund for the cancelled goods, associated refundable tax, and shipping charges relating solely to those goods. Refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method, within any applicable legal deadline. Shipment-delay cancellation rights described in our Shipping Policy remain available independently of our ordinary cancellation process.

Unrecognized or disputed charges

Contact us if you cannot identify a charge so we can help review it. You remain free to contact your bank, card issuer, or PayPal and use their dispute processes. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising legal or payment-provider rights, and you should not allow a dispute deadline to expire while awaiting our response.
