1. Operator and scope
These terms govern purchases and use of https://www.ochisen.com operated by Shenzhen Zhongrenhe Industrial Co., Ltd. , Room 508, Building A, Wenle Industrial Zone, Longzhu Community, Xixiang Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, 518102, China. Contact: Serve@ochisen.com.
Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Payment Policy form part of the purchase terms when disclosed to you before purchase. Our Privacy Policy separately explains information processing; agreement to purchase terms is not consent to optional marketing or all data processing.
2. Eligibility and proper use
You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to purchase, or act through a parent or guardian legally authorized to contract. Supply accurate details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, security attacks or infringement. If an account is available, keep its credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings can affect appearance, but do not excuse material differences from the description. Availability and product-specific conditions are shown before purchase. Follow applicable instructions, age guidance and safety warnings.
Nothing in general website content creates an unlisted medical, safety or certification claim. Any express warranty stated for a product remains applicable, together with non-waivable legal rights.
4. Orders and errors
You may review and correct your order before submission. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt; the formation and enforceability of the purchase contract are determined by applicable law. We do not use an acknowledgment disclaimer to avoid an otherwise binding order.
If we discover a material pricing, stock or description error, we will contact you and explain it. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Any cancellation of a paid order must be lawful and accompanied by the refund due.
We may decline or investigate suspected fraudulent or unlawful transactions on reasonable grounds, subject to applicable law and a prompt refund of any payment that we are not entitled to retain.
5. Prices, payment and delivery
The currency, item price, discounts, shipping and applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment. We accept PayPal and the credit-card options shown there. Your bank or payment provider may impose its own disclosed conversion or international transaction fees.
Shipping and estimated delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk and responsibility for loss are determined under applicable law; dispatch alone does not automatically transfer every delivery risk to you.
6. Cancellations, returns and warranties
See our Return & Refund Policy and Order Cancellation & Dispute Resolution Policy. Change-of-mind conditions do not limit rights regarding defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods. No policy excludes a mandatory warranty, statutory refund or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review or other content, it should be truthful, relevant and lawful. You retain your ownership rights and grant us a non-exclusive permission to display and format that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to privacy rights and applicable law. This permission does not authorize misleading edits or unrelated endorsements.
We may moderate unlawful content, personal information, spam or irrelevant abuse using neutral standards. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or require you to waive lawful review rights to receive support or a refund.
8. Intellectual property and third-party services
Protected materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. See our Intellectual Property Rights policy. Independent payment, carrier and external website services may have their own terms; those terms do not erase our responsibilities to you.
9. Availability and liability
We use reasonable efforts to operate the site, but temporary interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your unlawful misuse or by events for which we have no legal responsibility.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or death where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any mandatory consumer protection. We do not disclaim all warranties or all responsibility for paid products. Any enforceable limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Events outside reasonable control
Severe weather, natural disasters or other disruptions may affect performance. We will inform you where relevant and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Such events do not automatically remove cancellation, refund or other rights required by law.
11. Applicable law and disputes
We operate from China and serve U.S. consumers. Applicable Chinese laws govern our operations where relevant, and applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protections remain in force for U.S. transactions. Governing law and jurisdiction are determined under applicable conflict-of-laws and mandatory consumer rules. Nothing here requires a consumer to waive mandatory protections or bring every dispute exclusively in China.
You may contact us to seek an informal resolution, but you are not required to abandon payment-provider protections, regulatory complaints or court remedies. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
12. Changes and general provisions
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date and providing additional notice where required. An update does not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it.
